Summary training
Anita Toze

I have gained my experience by working in a rehabilitation centre in Latvia, and later working within UK for a school and for NGO’s supporting mental health.
Since 2018, I work as a psychotherapist in private practice within Latvia and UK. I also cooperate with various organisations. Since 2021, I have taken interest in community mental health support. I have partnered up with Matthew Bellringer, who has expertise in IT and psychology, to better understand today’s neurodiversity and what it means to be a healthily deviant. I am currently keen on building accessible and creative digital content that encourage self-understanding and self-compassion.
