My story
Meet Anita Tože
My background is in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I offer one-to-one therapy as well as group sessions through collaborative projects. Much of my current work focuses on helping people develop a healthier understanding of their emotions and build more balanced perspectives on them, using creative and innovative approaches.
I am deeply passionate about fostering a more compassionate and empathetic view of what it means to be human — how we relate to ourselves, to our emotions, and to those around us — with the hope of supporting a healthier, kinder future for everyone.

CBT therapy
Individual therapy based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, designed to help you understand and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Sessions are offered online or in person and are suitable for both adults and youth (11+). Together, we’ll work towards clarity and emotional wellbeing.
