My story

Meet Anita Tože

My background is in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I offer individual psychological consultations, assessments, and therapy, as well as group sessions through collaborative projects. Much of my current work focuses on helping people develop a healthier understanding of their emotions and build more balanced perspectives on them, using creative and innovative approaches.

 

I am HCPC registered as a Clinical Psychologist in the UK, ensuring my practice meets the professional and ethical standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council.

 

I am deeply passionate about fostering a more compassionate and empathetic view of what it means to be human how we relate to ourselves, to our emotions, and to those around us with the hope of supporting a healthier, kinder future for everyone.

CBT therapy

One-to-One

Individual psychological consultations, assessments, and therapy informed by CBT and other evidence-based approaches. These sessions support you in understanding difficulties, developing emotional resilience, and making meaningful changes. Available online and in person for adults and young people (11+).

Therapy groups

Small group sessions for exploring emotions, relationships, and self-worth. Based on CBT principles, each group provides a space to connect and reflect with others. Topics may include anxiety, self-esteem, parenting, or emotion regulation. Join an existing group or suggest a new one.
