About me
Anita Toze

I have gained my experience by working as a Clinical Psychologist in a rehabilitation centre in Latvia, followed by roles in the UK within school-based mental health and NGO settings. These environments allowed me to develop skills in psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions with diverse client groups.

Since 2018, I have been practising as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in private practice across Latvia and the UK, alongside collaborating with various organisations. I maintain a strong interest in community mental health, early intervention, and youth emotional wellbeing.

My current focus is on integrating evidence-based psychological approaches with creative, accessible tools that support self-understanding, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.
